Bricks and shrubs encroaching on the path

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

If you go through the pedestrian gateway at the end of Kennet Road onto the pathway, the first house on the right has put bricks onto the footway and have now added shrubs which are further making the pathway narrower.
