Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Thames Water were using Sandy Lane for all there HGV water tankers for 24hrs a day through December and January while works were being carried out at the nearby water treatment site. Thames Water sent letters stating that road damage had been acknowledged and repairs would be carried out, but this has not been done and the road surface is becoming a pothole slalom. An official Highways sign that has been at the entrance to Sandy Lane for many years stating "No access to Thames Water vehicles" was also removed and hasn't been replaced.
