Road stone loose on path side

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a road stone outside of the house 22a gibbs road and 22 gibbs road just near the path. These two stones are loose which prevent anyone from parking there, there is a cone placed on the 22a side to show where it is. It’s getting worse, been like this for a month or two now.
