We live at 11 Haines Court, Marcham, OX13 6PN.

There is a pathway around the back of our house that leads to all the houses in our row's back gates. It is severely overgrown. It is not possible to walk down it. Could it be cleared so that it can be used? Also people have started to put their garden waste there due to it being so overgrown.
