Temporary cover has come loose

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I tripped over it, the temporary fix has come loose & I tripped up. Good job I’m in my 30’s it would have caused damage to an older person. Surely this temporary fix we have had for months should have been sorted?? Please fix!!!
