Pothole in road

This pothole has been gradually getting worse, and the road around it deteriorating. Unfortunately a recent road repair left this area unattended for some reason and the repair didn’t reach far enough. My driveway is constantly covered in road debris for approx the last 2 years due to this part of the road deteriorating. Please attend, thank you
