Dangerously leaning telegraph poles

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

There are at least five telegraph poles along Baulking Lane, off A417, which are only being held up by the wires and trees. There is a very strong risk of the base of a pole kicking out across the road when eventually it becomes uprooted. Please notify relative authorities/companies.
