Zig-zags at crossing are too short

Please provide an update on my recent request to review the zig-zag lines at the crossing. The parking near this crossing obscures the view of approaching traffic. There has already been a recent fatality at this crossing. Has it been reviewed and are the current road markings under consideration? Thank you.
