Trees are starting to obstruct the footpath and push into fence

Trees are so large now they are damaging the fence, the branches are blocking the alleyway footpath, branches are overhanging into driveway and are now so high they are difficult to cut back. Large branches get blown down when it’s windy. There is also a lot of litter been thrown in around the trees. It has been years without any tree maintenance.
