Drain blocked - flood

The blind bend has a blocked drain and the road is flooded. It has been impassable for two days on foot. I can't get to the local shops. Every rain fall, the road is flooded. This has been the case for a long time. Cars travel on opposite side of the road to avoid. Located between the cross roads and the farm turning. If you're looking for it and you have wet feet, you've found it. Thank you! Please clear and service this drain.
