The occupants of 1 Fennel way and the attached property under development are operating a number of businesses from there. Which involves a number of vehicles taking over the car park and grassed area. Some of those vehicles at times are unregisterd to them and untaxed. There are accident damaged vehicles as shown it the photo be transported there on the recovery truck parked in that puplic car park and then being repaired and sold from there. Also a number of there vehicles are from another of there companies which is Bclean. The building work there is also causing lots of issues with blocking public access to the path at times as well. With there hand made signs saying path is out of use. Again unauthorised by anybody The car park is for public use and residents and not business purpose. At times it in not possible to park in there. I recently counted 11 of there vehicles in that small car park over day and night

  • Thank you for your report. The car park in question is not part of the public highway and therefore there is nothing we can do. In regards to running a business from the property this would be a planning issue of Vale of The White Horse District council.
