Completely blocked drain.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The surface water from the road cannot escape as this drain has been blocked with silt and gravel for a long time. Water now gushes downs Judges Road washing away the surface making it very dangerous for horses, cyclists and pedestrians. It appears this drain was last cleared in 2021!
