Numerous potholes and exposed metal access cover

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Have submitted problem here before but nothing seems to have been done, and it is no longer visible on this site. Problem certainly hasn't been fixed.

1) Trench in middle of road length approx. one metre, width approx. 10 cm.

2) Surface around a metal access panel in road is also sinking, so sharp edges of panel are prominent and can cause damage to tyres.
