Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There have been roadworks (fibre?) and single file traffic, and three heavy granite blocks marking edge of pavement have been dislodged presumably by passing heavy traffic mounting pavement edge. They are a potential danger to pedestrians and traffic. They are opposite 12 Stoke Row Road, RG95EP. would be very grateful if they could be set back in place.
