White railings broken

Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 17:17, Mon 8 May 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

About 18 months ago a car left the road and hit the white railings along the path these have been taped up and orange bollards put there, the path is damaged and the railings are broken. The other side of the railings is a 6 - 8 foot drop down to a stream, it is a dangerous situation on health and safety grounds and it worries me everytime I walk past it.
