Overgrown plants blocking half the pavement

Reported via desktop in the Pavements category anonymously at 19:16, Saturday 6 May 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

Plants from this property (3 Laburnum Rd) have grown over onto a stretch of the pavement, impeding safe access by pedestrians, especially those with buggies and wheelchairs. It has been a problem for a while but got worse recently with the plants’ spring growth. It needs attention.
