This keeps being reported and apparently fixed, but not actually being fixed.

I have just watched a poor girl get soaked by an idiot in a passing car, I hope she reports them.

This picture was actually taken on the 23/4/23 but it is a very similar picture today. The drains (gullies?) need to be properly cleared. They are full of solid mud, there is no where for the water to go.
