Crossing lights still out of service - no signage for drivers or pedestrians warning of this. This includes the illuminated No-Entry roundels which are no longer illuminated at night. Extremely dangerous crossing for pedestrians now due to reduced visibility on approaching off-side bend (worsened by inconsiderate parking), and frequent excessive speed through the junction by drivers. Extreme hazard for disabled or visually impaired users - accident anticipated.

Still out of order, still no signage advising accordingly. Serious near miss this morning involving less-abled elderly pedestrian
