Numerous Large Potholes and highway defects

This lane is becoming impassable because of the completely denuded road surface. There are also associated drainage problems, blocked culverts and surface water retention. Despite attention to one pothole by the completely inadequate & unsuitable use of cold lay maccaddam, the road remains denuded and potentially unsafe for vehicular, pedestrian and equestrian traffic. Whilst it is hard to understand the mentality of a repair crew who effect a patch repair and then depart whilst leaving an equally large defect next to the patch - the department should acknowledge that a whole section of the highway and its associated drainage system probably needs complete replacement rather than patched repair. It can be argued that you are in breach of Section 41 of the Highways Act 1980 in so far as you are not taking all reasonable steps to make the highway safe.

COWBOYS AND CLOWNS. On Friday the road repair people (cowboys) can and dumped tarmac in the road and flattened it, this is the same place that was done last year but because it has been cowboyed it has made it a lot worse and will need doing again in a few months time when it crumbles away YET AGAIN. The Council (clowns) do not care but are quite happy to waste tax payers money on a repair that would have been done better by a five year old. USELESS, USELESS, USELESS!!!'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
