Very blocked road drain

This drain does not work properly, a specialist team with a camera that they surveyed the inside of the connection pipes and they reported the connected pipes that should take the water away were totally collapsed and needed replacing,,,,,,that was about 4/5 years ago and no works have taken place,,, thus we still have flooding into the road and the wave created by the traffic has destroyed our front fence, rotting the foundations of the posts being continuously drenched by the sitting water as passing traffic drives through it
