Both (all) illuminated bollards on central kerbed island are knocked down

Reported via mobile in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 23:57, Tue 2 May 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

On launton road near Granville way there is a central island in the road. This used to have 2 illuminated bollards. Both have been knocked down. One appears missing the other appears to be loose on the road.

Visibility of the kerbed central island is now poor and from town direction cross hatchings give very little notice because there's a central turning bay.

The island appears to be a central refuge for pedestrians crossing as the footpath crosses over to the otherside at this point. Pedestrians may be standing in the road without visible protection. Priority fix?
