Road surface failing

I have uploaded a picture from google from last year and you can see the enumerous repairs previously made. This is repeatedly failing and is lethal. It causes cars to swerve acros the road or into the gutter to avoid deep potholes and must be worse for cyclists. The road material is unfit for purpose.
