2 large deep potholes - where the road was patched on weeks ago.

Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 11:00, Thursday 27 April 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

This is a section of road in a dip over a stream. It therefore collects rain water but, because of the verges each side, there is nowhere for the accumulated water to drain away. The consequence is severe hydraulic action on an already failed road surface. The dip needs totally resurfacing and a drain-away needs to be established.

  • Still no markings to suggest that these holes have been looked into yet. They are getting harder to avoid.

  • This has now been reported for nearly 2 months. Still no sign of any markings to suggest that anything is due to be done. There are now more ‘mini’ holes both before and after these main ones.
