On SW side of road at Lat/Long 51.49717 -0.95464 . Two 25 litre plastic drums of what smells like used engine oil. The inscriptions on the drums might(?) give some idea as to the source, e.g. what sorts of companies use the two products originally contained in the drums. Analysis of the fluid might also be a useful clue. This has been a frequent location for flytipping - Would not (threat) of covert CCTV be a deterrent?
