Tree down from bridleway 243/4/10 damaged property

Reported via desktop in the Report a tree problem category anonymously at 17:47, Mon 24 April 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

A tree from the bridleway has crashed through our fence and is lying in our garden. I have raised the issue of these dead trees several times via these online gateways and get nowhere. Now they’ve damaged my property and will be contacting insurers so they can litigate in our behalf.

  • I require and URGENT update. Villagers are complaining to me that the bridleway is impassable. As if it is my fault I’m not maintaining trees in your land!
