Disgusting flooded road

I have previously reported the flooding at the top of cocks hill. Today ther is the pathetic result…Flood signs. No kidding. The problem is the lack of drainage at this point and the continuous disgusting run off from the adjacent field of liquid muck. If you are on foot or on a bike, you have to get off and climb through the hedge to avoid the flood. For gawds sake, a Flood sign is NOT good enough. This is a public highway, wrecked by an uncaring and cynical act of vandalism by some local farmer. Fix it, please on behalf of ALL the road users. If this was anywhere else, it would never be tolerated.
