Lamp post blocking entry to property, and disables the use of this road entirely

Reported via desktop in the Other Lighting Issue category anonymously at 17:29, Saturday 22 April 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Incorrect lamp position causes: -It poses a danger as cars are trying to fit too close to the fence, which obstructs the driver vision of upcoming pedestrians. - Unable to access the back of my property without damaging the car (and the lamp post) -All properties from number 40-14 use the East entrance which clogs up the street and causes arguments between people - only number 1 and 3 (Grimsbury Drive) can actually utilise this road. If open, it would balance the entry 50/50

The service road on the back of the Grimsbury Square is completely disabled by the lamp post. This lamp post is the only one placed almost in the middle of the small road. There are 4 different colours of paint on it where car has scuffed it trying to squeeze through. It needs to be moved a few feet towards the fence to allow for clear access.
