Deep potholes by bridge

This section of road has been failing for over two years and now has two deep potholes(200mm+ deep ) mixed in with the various failing repair patches on the approach to the blind bend on the bridge. There is now only a 450mm strip of undamaged road surface for any cyclist approaching this bridge and it is in the middle of the carriageway meaning they end up head on with any cars approaching from the other direction at a dangerous pinch point.
