Flooding on Reading direction side

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Severe flooding in the road, on the Reading bound carriageway, on the left side, frequently covering the entire lane. Drivers cannot see it as it’s around a left hand band, and on a 50mph stretch of road, causing drivers to swerve into the opposite carriageway. Almost had a near miss heading towards wallingford with a driver in the Reading bound direction swerving into my lane.
