Road closure for NO reason

Hi. You have given Southern gas permission to close the whole of Blounts Court road for 28 weeks (half a year).

The workmen are never present. No work is being performed on most of the road and it severely limits my ability to access and exit my property. This has now been the case for 3 of those 28 weeks.

In my opinion, this road closure should be reviewed and the workman’s pace managed closely. The road’s width is not being effected by workman, the only blockage caused is the workman purposefully parking accross the road with the sole intention to block it. There is no reason for such a large closure.

28 weeks is unreasonable for workman who are not working.
