Restricted access to path from road due to absence of dropped kerb

Reported via desktop in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 13:48, Wednesday 19 April 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The main path crossing the kingsGate access road has not been constructed with a dropped kerb. This lack of a dropped kerb on both sides, significantly restricts access to users of the new main path.

  • Dear Mr Haynes,

The reason for the upstand in this area is to be paved and will end up as flush once the paving has been laid. Please note, this area is owned and maintained by David Wilson Homes and not yet adopted highway, therefore all issues need to be raised directly to them.

    Kind regards
    Road Agreements Team
