New streetlight is too bright and causing disturbance

Reported via desktop in the Other Lighting Issue category anonymously at 08:55, Wednesday 19 April 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A new steetlight (no. 21 on the North side of The Street in Crowmarsh Gifford) has been recently installed. It is so bright it is illuminating our bedroom (at 92 The Street, on the other side of the road) so we cannot sleep even with curtains closed. It is also 'floodlighting' our rear garden at night, with likely impacts on wildlife. Can it be adjusted, or re-angled so it does not cause this disturbance please.

Council ref: 4459055
