You have claimed my previous report in this location with blocked drains is a duplicate. 1) how can it be a duplicate if no other report exists on this app in that location. 2) if it is a duplicate and reported by other means then please at least provide an update on when the plan is to fix it.

  • I have seen today that the road kerbs have been swept. While this is good news I see that the three drains on the North side of the London Road between Savages and Westbrook Street remain blocked with silt and debri. Are there any plans to clear these drains.
