Blocked Gulley NOT CLEARED

I received an email on Monday 17th April 2023 to say the gulley on junction of Eaton Road and Church Road had been cleared. It is blatantly NOT cleared, merely slowly drained to leave a puddle and blockage. The numbers are ENQ 23953544 Asset ID 290122285 The gulley needs the root cutter down to clear tree roots. Please do not ignore or close this new report. Thank you
