Gully surcharging

Gully continues to surcharge causing the road to flood. This problem has been reported many times over the years. OCC contractors have been out, investigated and established the cause of the problem - a blocked drain - but have never rectified the problem. When flooded, road users move out into the middle of the road to avoid the water but this is dangerous as the problem is close to a blind bend. In winter, water on the road freezes causing a further danger to road users. Please fix this issue.
