Damage Caused by Vale Contractor Refuse Lorry

The Vale contract refuse lorry beach its self and sunk into the ground it then spun up its rear wheels damaging the curbing and exposing what I believe to be Virgin Media fiber optic ducting pipes. The lorry had to be recovered from the hole it left.
