Zebra, crossing lantern twisted

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Zip crossing lantern 1Z has been twisted around again for the 3rd time. This happened sometime between yesterday and today. Please can this be fixed ASAP as it’s a zebra crossing children use on the way to school and can this be made secure so it doesn’t keep twisting around
