Road flooded

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Road is flooded at the top of cocks hill. Always water here, but especially bad as it is main,y slurry run off from muck heap in adjacent field. If you are on foot or on a bike, you have to go through the hedge into the field to avoid it. Horribly stinky, I really do not want to walk or ride through it!
