Shotover Kilns full of pot holes and broken tarmac

The condition of the road has been getting worse over the winter is now full of potholes and broken tarmac. There are over 10 holes of more than 80mm deep, with some being long areas of broken tarmac; very dangerous for bicycles which all our family use daily and now even bone shuddering in car. The previous repairs are shoddy as loose materials not removed and they have all broken again. Whole road is undulating with numerous puddles due to inadequate drainage too.
