The pavement has sunk on one side of the manhole cover, exposing the metal frame partially hidden by some grass.

A lady has suffered a severe ankle injury when she stepped on the metal edge, twisting the ankle joint and causing a fall. This happened at approx 15.10 on Saturday afternoon (8th April 2023). I don’t know how long the pavement has been in this condition.

    Hi, Thank you for letting me know. I noticed that one dip had been marked up Ref: DAW 83 FW 4(see image). The ‘dangerous’ one is approx 70 paces in a westerly direction along the path, and is outside house No.7, Ref: SLV 84 FW 4 (see unmarked image). I hope this helps. Kindest regards,
