Pavement not been finished

This unfinished pavement/path is from a new housing estate onto Fernham Road and the High school, the estate was completed over 2 years ago. The children from the estate use this path everyday regardless of the condition, mud, uneven, barbed wire etc to go to school. Residents also use use this area to walk to the leisure centre on Fernham Road and walk dogs, visit the playground etc etc. It’s a disgrace it has not been finished and the Council should tackle this urgently for the local residents.
