Tree cuttings left at light

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I have logged this but in wrong area! This is correct! Resident came in to say that maintenance team came to fix the light however they had to cut a tree to get to light and have left leaves and tree cuttings on the floor and not cleared up after themselves
