Road Signage not clear

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Lots of people use left lane to go straight over round about from Southam Road toward the town centre.

Been cut of multiple time, almost been in an accident due to people not seeing the signage on the ground due to traffic, this needs sorting, maybe put a sign that explains that the left hand lane is left turn only

Why have the middle lane turn left too when it is so dangerous?
