Left tree cuttings outside light 3

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Resident came to town hall to confirm maintenance teams came to fix light 3, to do so they had to cut down some of the trees surrounding it and have just left the waste and leaves at the light and not cleared up after themselves
