Dead leaves on the bridge since November 2022 is damaging the wall.

Dead leaves are up against the soft stone wall for the past five months are retaining the surface water which is absorbed by the stone wall. Freezing water can damage the stones. Removing the leaves can be done by hand within an hour and save many thousands of pounds.
