I cannot believe that action has yet to be taken! This is lethal razor wire in a residential area. Absolute abomination! What do they think that they are doing???

The razor wire is now less visible due to vegetation growing over it. This makes it more dangerous as it cannot be seen. I can’t believe that the landowner is allowed to put a lethal wire fence of this nature so close to public areas and in a position at head height.

Razor wire is now hidden by vegetation making it more dangerous. How can this be allowed?

Are you going to do anything about this or can I take matters into my own hands and cut it down?
