Razor wire

Reported via iOS anonymously at 10:08, Monday 3 April 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Razor wire has been added to a fence at about head height. This is a quite shockingly dangerous action by the house owner as any pedestrian, cyclist, horse rider could come into contact and be severely injured.

  • I cannot believe that action has yet to be taken! This is lethal razor wire in a residential area. Absolute abomination! What do they think that they are doing???

  • The razor wire is now less visible due to vegetation growing over it. This makes it more dangerous as it cannot be seen. I can’t believe that the landowner is allowed to put a lethal wire fence of this nature so close to public areas and in a position at head height.

  • Razor wire is now hidden by vegetation making it more dangerous. How can this be allowed?

  • Are you going to do anything about this or can I take matters into my own hands and cut it down?
