SAFTY barrier still not repaired after a year of reporting

This bridge safety barrier needs to be fixed immediately as it has sharp rusty edges waiting to cut a child's leg and as this has been reported before and still nothing has been done other than a usless plastic fence as photo. The council should be fully liable for any injury caused by failed barrier.
