New pothole

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Previous pothole reference number ENQ23953365 which has been repaired. There is a new one quite bad one under water more on the concrete than the tarmac. Sorry no photo but being underwater is pretty difficult. This will catch people out as you cannot see it until it is too late. Thank you
