Multiple large, deep potholes and debris

I reported potholes on this street months ago and was told the problem wasn't bad enough to warrant action. The state of the street is now horrendous- multiple deep, large potholes which in some places span the width of the road making it impossible to avoid them in oncoming traffic. There is also a large amount of debris from the potholes scattered across the road and pavement. The photos show just one example - this isn't even the worst section of the road. As I said in my last report, there are two schools down this road and many children cycle down this road, it's currently hugely unsafe. I can see many people have also submitted reports- I can't understand why this hasn't been fixed yet. This requires urgent action.
