Flooding in home due to blocked drain. Urgent assistance required to clear blocked drain causing flooding to home. Each time it rains it recurs.

Flooding from blocked drain into home! This is a recurrence of a problem that arose and was reported several times on FMS by us between 2016 and 2021. There is a full blocked drain in the road which causes flooding into our house each time there is heavy rain. The drain was temporarily cleared on a number of occasions after we reported it but each time filled again. Eventually Highways came to inspect and we were told it was priority and the likely cause was tree roots which would be removed. We don't know what action was taken. The flood water from the drain comes up through the floor and damages possessions. Now the drain has silted up again it will happen each time it rains. Please act urgently.
